  • Behind the Methodology: Discover the thinking behind the activities, structure and facilitation techniques used through our programmes and classes.

  • Experience Survivor Steps: Take part in a practical movement session and experience the programme from a participants’s perspective

  • Survivor Steps Framework: Learn how our Connect, Notice, Explore, Grow framework supports participants to reconnect with themselves and others.
