About Us
Be More Dandelion is a community-led movement space for women who have experienced domestic abuse. It offers practical support through gentle movement, shared presence, and time to reconnect with yourself — without pressure or expectation.
Founded by Fi Bool, who brings both lived experience and professional training, Be More Dandelion was created with a deep understanding of how difficult it can feel to find your footing again after a harmful relationship. The programmes are trauma-aware, choice-led, and designed to meet women where they are — physically, emotionally, and practically.
Movement is at the heart of what we do. Not to push or perform, but to help women feel more grounded, more connected to their bodies, and more able to move forward in everyday life.
The dandelion is our symbol because it grows where it’s not expected to. It doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. It adapts, endures, and keeps showing up. We believe women do the same.
Be More Dandelion is not just about classes or workshops. It’s about community, and being alongside women as they take their next steps — at their own pace, in their own way.
You don’t have to do this alone.
“I can be changed by what happens to me. But I refuse to be reduced by it”
- Maya Angelou

Hey! I’m Fi B!
Meet the Founder
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Fi Bool, the founder of Be More Dandelion. As a survivor of domestic abuse, I know how it feels to lose yourself, to question your worth, and to struggle to trust again. But I also know how powerful it is to take that first step toward healing, even when it feels impossible.
Be More Dandelion was born from my own journey of recovery, and it’s now my mission to help women like you rediscover your strength and resilience. Through movement, dance and steady support, I’ve seen women begin to feel more like themselves again — more grounded, more confident, more at home in their bodies.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’ve been in this place too, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your own way forward, at your pace.
Let’s take that first step. You’re Ready.
Why Movement Matters?
Trauma affects every part of us, including our bodies. Movement is a powerful way to release what’s been holding you back, helping you feel grounded, strong and in control. You don’t need to be a dancer or have had any previous experience to join - this is about you, your journey and your healing.
CONNECTION
The ultimate form of non-verbal communication, dance allows individuals to connect with their emotions.
BODY POSITIVITY
Through dance, survivors can reclaim ownership of their bodies and experiences, cultivating a sense of empowerment and autonomy.
FEEL-GOOD FACTOR
Dance promotes the release of endorphins, which uplift mood, reduce stress and help foster a positive emotional state.
OVERCOME CHALLENGES
Learning new dance skills and routines challenges survivors to push past their comfort zones and foster a sense of accomplishment.
COMMUNITY
The supportive and inclusive environment encourages survivors to embrace vulnerability, overcome insecurities and celebrate their strengths.
CONFIDENCE
The confidence and resilience gained through dance extends beyond the studio, equipping survivors with valuable skills to go on and THRIVE!
AND SO MUCH MORE…
