Sound Healing Experiences
You don't always need to do more. Sometimes you need somewhere you can simply stop.
Immersive sound experiences designed to give you space to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.
No experience needed.
Just somewhere comfortable to lie down, close your eyes and let the sound do the talking.
When did you last properly stop?
Not scrolling. Not watching something while simultaneously answering messages.
Not mentally running through tomorrow's to-do list.
Actually stopped.
Our Sound Healing Experiences create intentional space away from the noise of everyday life. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion and other therapeutic instruments, you're invited to get comfortable and experience sound, stillness and guided relaxation in a way that feels right for you.
You don't need to meditate.
You don't need to know anything about sound healing.
And you definitely don't need to be good at relaxing.
You just need to turn up.
We'll take care of the rest.
FAQs
-
Absolutely. Most people don't know what to expect from their first sound bath, and you don't need any previous experience. We'll explain everything you need to know and help you get comfortable before we begin.
-
No. You're welcome to lie down, sit, change position, move or take a break whenever you need to. There is no "correct" way to experience a sound bath.
-
We'll tell you exactly what's provided when you book. Generally, we recommend comfortable, warm clothing, water and anything that helps you feel cosy, such as a blanket, pillow or cushion.
-
Then apparently you needed the nap. 😴
It's completely fine to drift off during a sound bath. You don't need to stay awake, concentrate on the sounds or try to experience anything in particular.
-
Sound baths can involve sustained sounds and vibrations, so there may be circumstances where we'd recommend checking with us before booking, particularly if you're pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker or another condition that could be affected by sound or vibration.
If you're unsure, get in touch before booking and we'll happily talk it through with you.
